Christine Ross
President
Christine graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2017 with a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and B.A in German Studies. As a project manager at Otis Elevator Co., she works with field mechanics, suppliers, and customers to complete modernization projects in Downtown Manhattan. Christine has been a member of SWE since 2013, and was most recently the Community Outreach Chair for the Greater New York region in FY20. As President of SWE New York, Christine works to incorporate new ideas to support the development of future female-identifying engineers, as well as engage our community in fundraising efforts, scholarship opportunities, diversity actions, and social events! In her free-time, Christine enjoys bike-riding in Prospect Park.

Sreyoshi Bhaduri
Vice President
Corporate Relations Liaison
Sreyoshi leads Global People Research and Analytics at McGraw Hill. She is passionate about using data to solve challenges of the 21st century global workforce. Her work is geared towards creating inclusive workspaces for workers from diverse backgrounds. Sreyoshi has an interdisciplinary backgrounds with a PhD in Engineering Education and Masters degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Statistics. She has been a SWE member since 2011 and served on the Board at Virginia Tech as well as with SWE New York. Sreyoshi is actively involved with partnerships across academia, the United Nations, and industry.

Gina Trivellini
Treasurer
Gina Trivellini earned her B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2015. She has previously worked for Pratt & Whitney and JetBlue Airways and is currently an Operations Leadership Program Associate with Raytheon Technologies. Gina has held a variety of roles with SWE throughout the past decade; most recently, she was the President of SWE New York. As Treasurer, Gina is focused on building SWE New York's scholarship fund and partnering with new organizations and corporations to secure funding for STEM outreach and professional development events. In her downtime, Gina loves traveling and cooking.

Julia Napolitano
Secretary
Community Outreach Chair
Julia has been involved with SWE since her time at Carnegie Melon as a Community Service Chair. During her time in college, Julia organized volunteers for the Pittsburgh Science Center science fair, FIRST robotics competition, and technical career fair, where 300+ companies attended. Since moving to New York last year, Julia has been actively involved in SWE New York, having sat in on board meetings, and proposing virtual event ideas. Julia is passionate about making an impact regarding community service, especially with kids K-12. She is excited to inspire young female-identifying individuals to pursue engineering and other STEM fields by exposing them to cool applications!

Tahseen Tabassum,
Professional Development Chair
Tahseen graduated from Stony Brook University in 2018 with a degree in Chemical & Molecular Engineering. As a Fire Construction Sales Engineer for Johnson Controls Inc., she has implemented life safety system solutions for multiple enterprise level accounts by using nationally recognized codes and standards, including NFPA, OSHA, and NYC Fire Code. As our Professional Development Chair, Tahseen develops training opportunities, conferences, and various career development events to ensure that our SWE members receive the services and assistance needed to succeed in their careers. In her free time, Tahseen is a food and travel enthusiast.

Susan Mathew
Membership Chair
Professional Organization Liaison
Susan earned her B.E. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Stony Brook University and City College of New York. As an active member of SWE New York, Susan has been involved in membership, professional development, scholarship, and community outreach committees. As our FY21 Membership Chair, Susan connects with our membership and releases communications about upcoming events and resources. Additionally, as the Professional Organization Liason, Susan builds relationships with other professional societies within the Greater New York region to offer expanded resources to our membership and engage new underrepresented communities on the benefits of joining SWE. In her free time, Susan enjoys music, dancing, and pretending to hike!

Ursula Monaghan
Social Media Chair
Ursula earned her B.S. in General Engineering from Swarthmore College in 2017. She is an engineer at Turner Engineering Corporation (Tenco), where she performs Electromagnetic Compatibility tests and analyses for railcars and transit technology. As the Social Media Chair of SWE New York, Ursula works to build our regional network and share SWE NY updates on our Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. When Ursula leaves her desk, you might find her playing field hockey or soccer, or (most likely) snuggling her dog Reindeer.

Veronica Camp
Fundraising Chair
Veronica graduated from Catholic University with a degree in Civil Engineering in 2019. Currently, Veronica works as an Associate Engineer for the Metro-North Railroad and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. As the Fundraising Chair for SWE New York, Veronica is focused on developing our corporate sponsorship program and hosting fundraising events to raise funds for our 2021 SWE New York Scholarship fund. In her free time, Veronica enjoys visiting various SoulCycle studios!
