SWE New York is a network of female-identifying engineers and allies providing opportunities in NYC and Long Island for professional development, community outreach, scholarships and more! We are devoted to promoting diversity and gender equality - all are welcome!

FY24 Goals
Membership recruitment: Encourage at least 30 new members to attend an event
Membership retainment: Achieve 40% membership attendance at at least one event per year
Communications: Advertise events a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the event
Fundraising: Fundraise at least $5000 at golf tournament for student scholarships
Professional Development: Organize at least one event co-sponsored with another organization
Social: Host at least one family-friendly event
Outreach: Host at least 30 students for Women in STEM Day
Outreach: Establish mentorship program with at least 15 student-mentor pairs
